Leading Sales Results Inc. ("we", "us") provides LSR Coach. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, which means we decide how and why your data is processed.

Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email address, login credentials, profile details) — to create and secure your account and provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Coaching content (messages, pitches, call notes and transcripts you submit, and AI responses) — to deliver coaching and keep your session history. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Usage and device data (log data, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, feature usage) — for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — to send product updates where you have opted in. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

• Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, AI model providers, analytics, and support tooling, acting on our instructions.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are required to do so by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account and coaching data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@leadingsalesresults.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database access rules so you can only see your own coaching data.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate checkout. Where we use analytics or marketing cookies, we ask for your consent first and you can change your preference at any time in your browser settings.
