Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of LSR Coach (the "Service"), an AI sales coaching application provided by Leading Sales Results Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

The Service

LSR Coach provides AI-generated sales coaching: role-play practice, call and transcript review, and objection drilling. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
• Generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempt to jailbreak or bypass the AI's safeguards.

AI-generated content

• You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for confirming you have the rights to any content you input (including call recordings and transcripts), and for how you use the outputs.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They are coaching suggestions, not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and should be reviewed by you before use.
• We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact info@leadingsalesresults.com and we will investigate; repeat infringement results in termination.
• You retain rights in the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, prompts, and branding.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. See our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leading Sales Results Inc. is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here.
